User Data Deletion Instructions

You may remove Revantaq Social Publishing from your Facebook settings under Business Integrations at any time. Removing the integration stops future access. Revantaq also processes Meta's signed deauthorization callback to revoke stored publishing credentials when Meta notifies us that access has been removed.

Meta can send Revantaq a signed automated data-deletion request. When that request is valid, Revantaq deletes the associated Meta connection records and encrypted publishing credentials and returns a confirmation code. You may also email RevantaqAI@gmail.com with the subject Meta Data Deletion Request. Send the request from the email address associated with your Revantaq account and include your name, business name, and the name or URL of the connected Facebook Page. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials.

Revantaq will delete or de-identify Meta access tokens, connected Page and Instagram identifiers and connection settings, cached Meta account information, publishing preferences, and other Meta-derived data controlled by Revantaq. Removing Revantaq data does not automatically remove posts already published to Facebook or Instagram; those posts can be deleted directly from the destination account.

Valid automated Meta deletion callbacks are processed when received and return a confirmation code to Meta. Email deletion requests are acknowledged as soon as reasonably possible and are targeted for completion within 30 days after verification. We may contact you for information needed to verify that you control the relevant account or Page.

Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Any retained information remains subject to the Revantaq Privacy Policy and is not used to continue the disconnected Meta integration.

If you want to delete your entire Revantaq account in addition to Meta connection data, state that clearly in the same email request. Account deletion may affect access to purchased or generated materials.
