Revantaq may process account details, business-profile information, billing identifiers and subscription status, customer-uploaded media, generated marketing assets, product usage and technical information needed to secure and operate the service. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by Revantaq.

Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide and improve requested features, generate customer-specific output, enforce plan limits, process billing events, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, provide support and comply with applicable obligations.

If you connect a Facebook Page, Revantaq may receive and process the account and Page identifiers, Page name, permissions, access tokens, connection status, publishing settings, post identifiers and limited Page information needed to let you select a Page and publish authorized content. Revantaq uses this information only to provide, secure and troubleshoot the connected social-publishing features you request. Revantaq does not ask for or store your Facebook password.

Revantaq uses service providers for infrastructure, authentication, storage, payment processing, email delivery, AI processing and connected platform functionality. Information is shared with those providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the service under their applicable terms and safeguards.

Uploaded logos, photographs and business information are used to provide the requested Revantaq workflow. Customers should not upload information they are not authorized to provide. Original uploaded photos may be retained so customers can compare or restore them where that feature is offered.

Revantaq retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate accounts, provide purchased services, meet legitimate business and legal requirements, and maintain security records. Technical safeguards are used to protect information, but no online service can promise absolute security.

You may update account and business information through available product controls and may contact support about access, correction or deletion requests. For information received through a connected Facebook Page, follow the user data deletion instructions. Some records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security or legal obligations.
