If generation pauses, keep the paid cycle intact and use the available resume/recovery workflow rather than purchasing another plan. For a missing or incomplete entitlement, contact support with the approximate time generation was started.

Use the secure customer billing portal for plan changes, payment-method updates and cancellation. Contact support for suspected duplicate charges, incorrect entitlement or a billing state that does not match the payment record.

For suspected unauthorized account access, reset the account password and contact support. Never email passwords, API keys or payment credentials.
