You must provide accurate account and business information, keep account credentials secure, and use Revantaq only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for reviewing generated material before publishing, sending or relying on it.

Revantaq uses automated systems to create marketing content and visuals. Quality controls reduce errors, but generated output can still require customer review. Do not treat generated material as legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. You may not use Revantaq to impersonate others, fabricate customer results, violate intellectual-property rights or send unlawful or abusive communications.

Paid plans renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout unless canceled. Plan limits apply per paid billing cycle. Changes, cancellations, invoices and payment methods are managed through the secure billing experience provided to the account.

You retain responsibility for business information, logos, photographs and other material you upload. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that material and to use resulting marketing assets.

Revantaq may improve, replace or discontinue features, models and workflows. Coming-soon roadmap items are product direction and are not included in a subscription until they are released. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, nonpayment or legal compliance.

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Revantaq does not guarantee business results, leads, revenue, rankings, engagement or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service during the preceding three months.

Material changes may be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after an applicable change constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
